Aves Lewis is a queer disabled playwright, actor, and dramaturg who really loves learning things and making things. They like to say they approach the world through the eyes of a newborn dramaturg, excited and inspired by researching everything around them. Other things that excite him are disability justice, embodied practices, and currently, the all-encompassing love that cannibalism can thematically represent.

He currently lives in Roanoke, Virginia on unceded Tutelo and Monocan land surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains as he pursues his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Hollins University. Aves uses they/he pronouns and loves dancing, witch stuff, and getting tattoos inspired by their favorite plays.
